Payment

Buyers are required to pay for purchases immediately upon the order of an item. All payments must be made in the mentioned currency, in any of the following acceptable forms of payment:

Shipping

Kirse will provide and arrange packaging and/or shipping services for your items. Shipping services arranged by Kirse are at the buyer's sole risk and expense.

We will provide you with the best possible shipping quote within 48 hours of your purchase - please provide us with your e-mail address at the checkout. Once you have accepted our quote, your order will be confirmed and your item will be shipped. If you have rejected our quote, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

Customers are also able to opt for collection from our showroom in Antwerp, Belgium or arrange shipping themselves. Should you wish to arrange your own shipping, we will provide you with all the neccesary details to have your items collected once you have placed your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days after purchase. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the payment of shipping a returned item and any damage items may incur during transit, regardless of the reason for return.
